A 4–5 month program for substance-use disorder that gives patients an opportunity to have a new experience
Care, confidence, and community — for life
Highly trained counselors and on-site medical teams coordinate every step.
Hands-on training in high-demand skills: forklift operation, CDL, recycling, welding, kitchens, and facilities.
Our community continues beyond graduation, helping to support sustained recovery.
Real skills. Lasting renewal.
Every day at Key Works, we see the transformational impact of our work—changed lives and stronger communities.
Our patients are on a journey that takes courage, time, and support. We provide the long-term treatment and trauma-informed counseling to assist them on that journey, along with life skills and job skills training to support their long-term success. I wake up every day knowing that I’m part of an organization that is changing people’s lives for the better.
Patients who engage in skills training and SUD treatment are 3x more likely to be employed 6 months after graduation than those who engage in SUD treatment alone.
Our extended residential treatment program includes evidence-based, trauma-informed counselling from fully credentialed professionals for individuals with substance-use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. We offer integrated medical care coordination including support for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a structured environment providing stability and accountability.
Let’s take the next step—together.
When you’re ready to rebuild your confidence and reconnect with your community, we’re here.
